Drop Notch

 - Ask from anywhere. Alt + Space drops a prompt bar out of the notch. Pick the agent, model, reasoning effort and working folder without leaving what you were doing.

• Watch the work. While an agent runs, the notch shows the current tool call, elapsed time and token spend. Expand it for the whole transcript, with diffs drawn from the edit as it is made rather than after the result comes back.
• Approve tool calls in place. Permission prompts appear in the notch with the command and the folder it would touch. Anything reaching outside the working folder loses its pre-styled Allow button and is called out in red first.
• Follow sessions you started in a terminal. Agents already running elsewhere are picked up and shown live, and you can send a reply into a Claude Code session in another window. It arrives there as a normal turn, queued behind

whatever it is doing.

• Run several at once. Every session is a pill, and the island speaks for whichever one needs you: anything blocked on a decision first, then anything working, then the most recent.
• Drag things onto it. A folder sets the working directory, files attach as context, and a tray parks anything you are only carrying between windows. AirDrop is one of the drop targets.
• See what you are spending. Plan limits for Claude, Codex, Grok and Copilot in one ring, and 7, 30 or 90 days of cost broken down by CLI, model and day, read from the transcripts already on your Mac.
