About
Shotink is a studio for turning comic and manga pages into short films. A project is one film. Users upload pages, and Shotink cuts them into panels and removes the speech bubbles.
The work runs through six stages, from source to delivery: art, story, video, sound and delivery. In the art stage, panels can be cleaned, widened or restyled, and parts can be repainted from a written description. In the story stage, Shotink writes an editable script. In the video stage, panels become short moving shots, and any shot can be remade.
In the sound stage, characters can get voices, and sound effects and background sound can be mixed in. The delivery stage orders the shots and produces one downloadable video file with sound and subtitles. An assistant that knows the whole project helps at every step.
Shotink has a free plan and paid monthly plans with credits, open projects and team seats. Credits pay for steps that make pictures, video or sound.
